Mark has founded an led big data startups since 2001, with over a billion dollars in total value, including Vantage Media and inMarket.  He is passionate about finding the story in the data, and unlocking value for the millions of songwriters who have not received their fair share. 

Mark was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, and received the Award for Excellence in Achievement by a Young Alumnus from his alma mater, UC Berkeley. Mark sits on the board at the Cayton Children's Museum, and is a Trustee of the DiPaola Foundation.



Lead vocalist of OneRepublic, Ryan has an independent career as a songwriter and producer for artists including Adele, Beyoncé, Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Lopez, Camila Cabello, Lady Gaga, Maroon 5, MØ, One Direction, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, and Paul McCartney.

As a contributor to over 600 works, Ryan is passionate about songwriters’ rights.  Ryan was a key voice behind the passage of the Music Modernization Act, which released nearly $500 million in unpaid royalties to songwriters.

Bob has practiced music law in NYC for more than four decades.  During this time, he has counseled an eclectic group of artists and managers of artists who have collectively sold more than 250 million albums.  Bob served as in-house counsel for Leber-Krebs, which launched the careers of Aerosmith, AC/DC, Def Leppard, and Parliament Funkadelic.

Bob was the co-founder (with Dan Coleman) of Modern Works Music which is one of the country’s largest pure administration music publishers.  Bob has been awarded 40 gold and platinum albums.
